Royal Canin Maxi Starter

Royal Canin Maxi Starter Food is formulated for both lactating mothers and nursing puppies (up to 2 months old). The weight of the mother dog should be 26-44kgs.  Weaning: This feed is ideal for weaning purposes. Since it can easily be rehydrated to make it mushy, which can be an effective transition from milk to solid food for nursing puppies. Essential Nutrients: Enriched with a mix of essential nutrients present in the mother’s milk which can provide the necessary nutrition. Lactation Support: With its high energy content (4183 kcal/kg), acting as an energy booster for mother dogs during the lactation/gestation period. Strong Immunity: A complex of antioxidants including vitamins E and C, enhance the natural defenses and strengthen the vulnerable immune system of the infant puppy. Digestive System Health: Contains highly digestible proteins, dietary fiber, and prebiotics which not only help in easy digestion but also protect the gut from microbes and bacteria. Feeding Guidelines: For the different portion sizes depending upon the weight and age of the mother dog and puppy, respectively, check the back of the pack.  Once the puppy grows more than 2 months of age, switch to Royal Canin Maxi Puppy Dry Food. Moreover, once the lactation period of the mother dog concludes, you may switch to Royal Canin Maxi Adult Dog Food.
