- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, or if the food has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 03 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
- Incorrect Items: If we accidentally sent you the wrong food, please notify us within 03 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at our expense.
- Product Recall: In the unlikely event of a product recall, we will contact you directly with instructions on how to return the affected product for a full refund.
- Pet Doesn’t Like It: We understand that pets can be picky! If your pet doesn’t like the food, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

- The product must have at least 75% of the original contents remaining.
- The food must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
